Sometimes you may think you are talking to a repair service but you are really talking to a third party referral service that may be located in another state or even another country. Using a search engine on the internet is fine as long as you ask the right questions. Do not try to find just the cheapest price through a third party search engine. Remember you often get what you pay for. Keep in mind that the unbelievably low price they quote you might be because they are using poor quality materials and unskilled technicians. Again asking the right questions can keep you from problems down the road. The cheapest price might not be the best price in the long run.
It is always important to determine how a company is going to stand behind their services. Ask about warranties. Get your estimates and warranties in writing. Check with the Better Business Bureau. A windshield shattering while you are driving can be fatal. Your health and safety and your family’s health and safety depends on the repair service doing a good job.
